The organisation is centered on the concept of altruistic volunteerism

Pigi is a non-profit organization that has been continuing its activities in fields such as education, health, arts and, cultural activities has been officially active since 2020 when all related Greek authorities have granted the organization full authorization to perform all the  t tasks in the charter in compliance with the Greek laws. 

All of the members of the organization are the refugees who had to leave their   homeland Turkey because of security concerns.Besides that the organisation  committed to the ideals of living together in peace and serving humanity, and it works within the framework of european union and philanthropy.

Education Platform

We continue our education activities with a dedicated staff of teachers to fill the education gaps of refugee children who were deprived of their right to receive education during the harmful period they have experienced in Turkey.

Social Responsibility

Thousands of people are deprived of their most basic needs of food, clothing and shelter. Without concerning any race or nation we try to solve the problems of refugees as much as we can. We distribute clothes on an appointment basis. We continue to distribute food packages on certain days. Furthermore we even distribute clothes for Greek people in need.

Language Courses

Language has great importance in order to learn the values of the society we live in, to adapt to the society and to exhibit active citizenship. Especially for refugees who have to live in lands they do not know. Our organization saw the need in this field and organized language classes for certain levels. Currently, We have 66 students in total. Our course continues.

We all know that art is people's way of expressing their joy and sorrow. In this context, we continue our art courses, especially music and painting, as a way of expressing the feelings of refugee families and children. Our music and painting class we have created for refugee children continues its activities.
